Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, with cellophane intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@chiaro-zurich.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., engraved beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about specific items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the received item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Regardless of the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without stating a reason if the item is shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, with cellophane intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
